The Heart of England Pilgrimage 2024

Day 10: Rest Day in Market Harborough

Market Harborough, the location of our second rest day, is "a charming market town full of history, culture, delicious food and independent retailers". The Harborough Museum, displaying the famous Hallaton Treasure, is located in the town centre. Maybe more important for pilgrims after a week on the trail, there is a laundrette at [B on map] 43 Western Ave, Market Harborough LE16 9PL (less than a mile's walk) which has a pub next door. Harborough Leisure Centre [C on map], Northampton Road, Market Harborough, LE16 9HF boasts 3 swimming pools and is just over a mile from our accommodation [A on map].
