The Bristol to Arundel Pilgrimage 2023

Day 11: Winchester to West Meon

A lovely walk with plenty of views following some of the South Downs Way. An optional detour up st. Giles Hill will give a great view of Winchester as you leave (it is a bit of a climb, but worth it). Enjoy a well-earned break at lunchtime, with a microbrewery on site, sadly due to H&S it is no longer open to public tours. Please leave the post-lunch prayer stop as a group, for a short stretch of road bounded by a bank and stream. The afternoon travels by some less-used paths for us to explore.
